Ingredients

  • Chicken (drumstick) - 12 pcs
  • Onion - 2 pcs
  • Olive oil - 8 tbs
  • Dry red wine - 1.5 cup
  • Rosemary - 1 sprig
  • Garlic - 4 clove
  • Black olives - 50 gr
  • Green olives - 50 gr
  • Salt - 15 gr
  • Tomato paste - 5 tbs
  • Sweet pepper - 1 pcs
  • Chilli pcs
  • 4 Pepper Mill Mix pcs

Chicken drumsticks "Cassiator" Directions

1. Rub the chicken drumsticks with salt, ground pepper and crushed garlic. Leave some salt for the sauce.
2. Cut the onion and bell peppers into rings.
3. Mix wine, tomato paste, olive oil. Pour the resulting mixture into a multicooker pan.
4. Place prepared onions and bell peppers in a multicooker saucepan.
5. Spread the chicken drumsticks in an even layer, add olives, chili, salt and rosemary.
6. Cook on Chicken / Duck for 30 minutes.
7. Arrange the hot chicken drumsticks on plates, pour over the sauce in which they were cooked and serve.
Use medium sized vegetables.

6. Cook on HOT , cooking time 40 minutes, pressure 3.
7. After the beep, turn off the multicooker and carefully release the pressure.
8. Arrange the hot chicken drumsticks on plates, pour over the sauce in which they were cooked, and serve. If a lot of steam is generated when you release the pressure, close the valve and wait for the food to cool slightly. The pressure will drop automatically.
