Using the Browning setting, brown the lamb in butter on all sides. Season with salt and pepper. Add chestnuts and almonds and saute.
Add herbs, spices, honey and water. Close the cover. Cook on low pressure for 10 minutes.
A few apples, cut into quarters, add a pleasant sourness.
