• Cook vegetables, stirring gently, for 10 minutes. Rinse the liver, cut into pieces, dip them in flour, and 10 minutes after starting cooking vegetables, put it in the multicooker bowl and lightly fry along with the vegetables. Add salt, pepper, tomato paste and sour cream and stir. Close the lid of the multicooker and cook until the end of the program.
• At the end of the program, several beeps will sound and the appliance will go into heating mode.
• Using the oven mitts, carefully remove the inner bowl from the multicooker. Place the liver on a plate and serve with mashed potatoes, pasta, buckwheat or rice.
Tips
• At the time of frying vegetables, you can add mushrooms (porcini, champignons, chanterelles) to the dish in the amount of 150 g. They will make the dish more satisfying, and then no side dish is required.
• Chicken liver can be used, but in this case it only takes 10 minutes to simmer. The shorter the heat treatment time for the liver, the softer and softer it turns out.
• It is better to pre-soak the liver in lightly salted milk - this will help remove the bitterness of the liver and make its taste more tender.
• The flour in this dish is a thickener, so when cooking try to shake off the liver well, otherwise the sauce will be very thick.
• You can add fresh tomato slices instead of tomato paste.
