Ingredients

  • Lamb (fillet) - 300 gr
  • Eggplant - 1 pcs
  • Onions (red) - 1 pcs
  • Garlic - 2 clove
  • Tomatoes - 1 pcs
  • Mint - 10 leaf
  • Basil - 10 leaf
  • Olive oil - 2 tbs
  • Lime juice - 2 pcs
  • Ground cumin - 0.5 tbs
  • Black pepper (ground)
  • Salt
  • Iceberg lettuce - 2 leaf

Warm lamb salad with eggplant Directions

1. Cut the lamb into cubes, marinate for 10 minutes - add salt, black pepper, ground cumin seeds.
2. Dice the eggplant, cut the onion into rings, chop the garlic.
3. Pour olive oil into a slow cooker, set the mode "FRY" , add eggplant, lamb, onion, garlic, stir and fry for 20 minutes.
4. Place lettuce and tomato slices on a plate.
5. Put the prepared mass from a multicooker on a sheet, pour with lime juice and sprinkle with basil and mint leaves.
