Ingredients
- Lamb (fillet) - 300 gr
- Eggplant - 1 pcs
- Onions (red) - 1 pcs
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Tomatoes - 1 pcs
- Mint - 10 leaf
- Basil - 10 leaf
- Olive oil - 2 tbs
- Lime juice - 2 pcs
- Ground cumin - 0.5 tbs
- Black pepper (ground)
- Salt
- Iceberg lettuce - 2 leaf

1. Cut the lamb into cubes, marinate for 10 minutes - add salt, black pepper, ground cumin seeds.
2. Dice the eggplant, cut the onion into rings, chop the garlic.
3. Pour olive oil into a slow cooker, set the mode "FRY" , add eggplant, lamb, onion, garlic, stir and fry for 20 minutes.
4. Place lettuce and tomato slices on a plate.
5. Put the prepared mass from a multicooker on a sheet, pour with lime juice and sprinkle with basil and mint leaves.
