- Garlic - 3 clove
- Walnuts - 100 gr
- Sugar pcs
- Red wine - 250 gr
- Sour cream - 100 gr
- Dill pcs

Chop the beets.
Put beets, sugar, lemon juice, salt in a slow cooker and add wine. Set the mode to "low heat" , let it boil to bring out the sour wine taste.
Close the lid of the multicooker and turn on the "high pressure" mode Set the time on the timer: 15 minutes and leave to cook.
Open the lid after letting off steam, add chopped nuts, garlic and dill. ...
Season with sour cream.
Serve cold.
