Wash the eggplants and place in a steamer container.
Cook on the Steam program for 1-1 / 25 hours, until the eggplant is tender.
After this time, remove the eggplants from the steaming container, cool, cut in half lengthwise and remove all the flesh from them with a spoon.
Beat the resulting pulp and garlic in a blender (to soften the garlic, you can hold it for a few minutes in a steamer container with eggplant).
Then add olive oil and lemon juice, mix well until smooth, season with salt and pepper.
The pate is ready.
Hint:
Serve as a cold appetizer and as an independent light dish. The pate can also be spread on bread.
