Mushroom appetizer Directions

Set the mode "frying" . Fry the onions in vegetable oil until golden brown. Add finely chopped mushrooms, salt, lemon juice, sugar.
Close the lid and set the mode "high pressure" . Set the time: 7 minutes and leave to cook.
Serve the appetizer chilled, sprinkle with chopped green onions and herbs.
