  • Beef (fillet) - 400 gr
  • Champignons - 180 gr
  • Carrot - 100 gr
  • Dry white wine - 100 ml
  • Soy sauce - 80 ml
  • Vegetable oil - 40 ml
  • Ginger (root) - 30 gr
  • Salt
  • Spice

Rinse the meat and cut into 1-1.5 cm cubes, carrots - into 1 cm cubes, champignons - into slices, chop the ginger with a knife. Put all the ingredients in a multicooker bowl, add oil, wine, sauce, salt, spices and mix. Close the lid. Press the Menu button to select the SOUP / STEWING program . Press the Set / Timer button, then press the Hour and Min buttons to set 1 hour 20 minutes. Press the button "Start / Heat" . Cook until the end of the program.
Tip:
the taste of the dish will be emphasized by ground white pepper.
