Preparation:
Peel the kohlrabi and cut into small cubes. Put butter, kohlrabi into the multicooker bowl and turn on the "Frying" program for 15 minutes. Pass the kohlrabi, stirring occasionally. Then pour in the vegetable broth, add the chopped garlic and turn on the Multi-Cook program, set the temperature to 100 ° C for 20 minutes. Grate potatoes on a fine grater or chop in a blender, squeeze the juice. Combine potatoes with kohlrabi, add kefir, mix, salt and pepper. Run the Casserole program for 40 minutes. Sprinkle grated cheese on the casserole 10 minutes before cooking ends.
Tip:
Serve with sour cream. You can sprinkle with rye croutons fried with garlic.
