  • Dry white wine - 150 ml
  • Cream 22% - 75 ml
  • Water - 50 ml
  • Salt
  • Spice
  • Sugar

Grate the cheese, chop the garlic with a knife. Mix cream, water, starch and sugar in a separate container until smooth. Pour wine into the multicooker bowl. Close the lid. By pressing the button "Menu" select the program "MULTI-COOK" . By pressing the button "t ° С" set the temperature to 100 ° С. Press the Set / Timer button, use the Hour and Min buttons to set the cooking time to 10 minutes. Press the button "Start / Heat" . Cook until the end of the program. Add the garlic and cheese 6 minutes before the end of cooking, stirring constantly to get a homogeneous mass. While stirring, add salt and spices. 3 minutes before the end of cooking, without stopping stirring, add the mixture of cream and starch. Cook until the end of the program.
Tip: Serve fondue with wheat bread croutons.
