  • Cheddar cheese - 350 gr
  • White wine - 150 ml
  • Cream 22% - 75 ml
  • Starch - 10 gr
  • Garlic - 10 gr
  • Lemon juice - 5 ml
  • Water - 50 ml
  • Sugar
  • Salt
  • Spice

RMC-01

Grate the cheese, chop the garlic with a knife. Mix cream, water, starch and sugar in a separate container until smooth. Pour wine into the multicooker bowl. Close the lid. Use the Menu button to select the PAR program. Press the Set / Timer button, then press the Hour and Min buttons to set the time to 15 minutes. Press the Start / Heat button. 6 minutes before the end of cooking, open the lid, add garlic, cheese to the wine, stirring constantly until a homogeneous mass is obtained. While stirring, add lemon juice, salt and spices. Add a mixture of water, cream and starch 3 minutes before the end of the program. Stir until smooth, close the lid and cook until the end of the program.

RMC-011

Grate the cheese, chop the garlic with a knife. Mix cream, water, starch and sugar in a separate container until smooth. Pour wine into the multicooker bowl. Close the lid. Press the "Menu" button to select the "STEAM" program . Press the Set / Timer button, then press the Hour and Min buttons to set the time to 15 minutes. Press the button "Start / Heat" . 6 minutes before the end of cooking, open the lid, add garlic, cheese to the wine, stirring constantly until a homogeneous mass is obtained. While stirring, add lemon juice, salt and spices. Add a mixture of water, cream and starch 3 minutes before the end of the program. Stir until smooth, close the lid and cook until the end of the program.
Tip:
serve with wheat croutons.

RMC-02

Grate the cheese, chop the garlic with a knife. Mix cream, water, starch and sugar in a separate container until smooth. Pour wine into the multicooker bowl. Close the lid. Press the Menu button to select the MILK Porridge program, then press the Cooking Time button to set the time to 15 minutes. Press the Start button. Add garlic and cheese 9 minutes before the end of cooking, mix thoroughly. Then, stirring constantly, add lemon juice, salt and spices. 3 minutes before the end of cooking, without stopping stirring, add the mixture of cream and starch. Cook until the end of the program.
Tip: Serve fondue with white French bread croutons.

RMC-P350

Grate the cheese, chop the garlic with a knife. Mix cream, water, starch and sugar in a separate container until smooth. Pour wine into the bowl of the multicooker-pressure cooker. Close the lid. Set the program "FRYING / FRYING" , temperature 90 ° C, cooking time 12 minutes. Press the Start button. 9 minutes before the end of cooking, open the lid, add the garlic and cheese, stirring constantly to get a homogeneous mass. While stirring, add lemon juice, salt and spices. Add the cream and starch mixture with constant stirring 3 minutes before the end of cooking. Cook, stirring constantly, until the end of the program.
Tip:
Serve ready-made fondue with wheat croutons.
