Ingredients

  • White fish (fillet) - 500 gr
  • Bulb onions - 200 gr
  • Egg - 50 gr
  • Boiled egg - 100 gr
  • Milk 2.5% - 100 ml
  • White bread - 100 gr
  • Vegetable oil - 100 ml
  • Flour - 100 gr
  • Salt
  • Spice

Rinse the fish, soak the bread in milk. Pass the fish and bread through a meat grinder, add a raw egg, salt, spices and mix. Cut the onion into small cubes, grate the boiled eggs on a coarse grater. Pour 50 ml of oil into the bottom of the multicooker-pressure cooker bowl, set the "Fry" program for 10 minutes, press the START button. After the start of the cooking time countdown, put the onion in the bowl and fry it, stirring occasionally, until the end of the program. Mix onion with eggs. Divide the minced fish into portions of 60–70 g. Form a flat cake from each, put a portion of the minced onion in the middle, pinch the edges and roll in flour. Pour the remaining oil into the multicooker-pressure cooker bowl, set the "Fry" program for 20 minutes, press the START button. After the countdown of the cooking time has started, put the zrains in the bowl and fry, turning occasionally, until the end of the program.
