- Potatoes - 400 gr
- Champignons (fresh) - 200 gr
- Sweet pepper - 140 gr
- Bulb onions - 120 gr
- Carrot - 100 gr
- Mayonnaise - 100 gr
- Chicken fat - 70 gr
- Salt

Peel the bell pepper from the core and seeds. Rinse the fillet, cut into 1.5 cm cubes, cut the mushrooms into wedges, cut the potatoes and bell peppers into 2 cm cubes, and finely chop the onion. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, cut the chicken fat into 1 cm cubes. Put all the ingredients in the multicooker-pressure cooker bowl, add mayonnaise, chicken fat, salt, spices and mix. Close the cover and valve. Set the program STEW / COLD , cooking time 10 minutes. Press the Start button. Cook until the end of the program, then open the valve and let off steam.
Tip:
from spices marjoram and nutmeg are suitable.
