PREPARATION METHOD: Beat eggs with cream, salt and pepper. Peel and chop the mushrooms. Cut potatoes into cubes, onion rings. Pour oil into a bowl. Open the lid and turn the handle to the CLOSED position (fry with the lid open). Press the buttons "MENU / SELECT" and "ENTER" , select the program "DRY" , set the time 10 minutes and the 3rd temperature level. Press the "START" button . Fry mushrooms and onions. Add egg-cream mixture to potatoes, bowl. Press the buttons "MENU / SELECT" and "ENTER" , select the program "MULTI COOK" , set the time to 20 minutes and the temperature to 120 degrees. Press the "START" button .
