Ingredients

  • Minced meat - 300 gr
  • Parsley - 10 gr
  • Semolina - 15 gr
  • Canned chickpeas - 450 gr
  • Tomato juice - 350 gr
  • Bulb onions - 150 gr
  • Zira (Kumin) - 1 tsp
  • Chilli
  • Cinnamon
  • Ginger (root) - 50 gr
  • Vegetable oil - 150 gr
  • Salt
  • Turmeric
  • Black pepper (ground)
  • Water - 100 ml

Add water, finely chopped parsley, semolina, salt, pepper, spices to the minced meat. Stir well and form into balls. Pour oil into a multicooker bowl, put meatballs, chopped onions, tomato sauce and chickpeas. Close the lid and start the Baking / Bread program .
Peas can be replaced with dry peas, but then they must first be soaked and boiled.
