Ingredients

  • Flour - 300 gr
  • Egg - 1
  • Water - 125 ml
  • Salt - 0.75 tsp
  • Starch
  • For filling:
  • Minced turkey - 500 gr
  • Ginger - 50 gr
  • Shallot - 150 gr
  • Sesame oil - 15 gr
  • Soy sauce - 50 gr
  • Sherry Wine - 30 ml
  • Corn starch - 30 gr
  • Rice vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Beat the egg with salt, add a quarter glass of water. Sift flour and pour the egg-water mixture into it. Knead the dough, adding water as needed. Roll the dough into a ball and leave for 30 minutes. Place the dough on a floured board, roll out thinly and cut into 8x8 cm squares. Sprinkle thickly with starch on both sides. Minced meat, onions, soy sauce, sherry, starch, ginger, sesame oil, salt, pepper and vinegar are thoroughly chopped in a blender. Put about 1 tbsp of meat mixture in the center of each square of dough. Raise and join the edges of the dough. Pour 1.5 liters of water into the multicooker bowl. Put the wontons on a steamer container, close the lid, start the Steamer program and select the Meat mode.
