- Pepper - 0.5 tsp
- Vegetable oil - 1 tsp
- Water - 1.5 l

1. Scroll the fillet in a meat grinder. Salt. Pepper - 0.5 h. Spoons hot water -1.5 l vegetable oil -1 h. Spoon
2. Add the egg and chopped herbs to the minced meat. Add salt and pepper and mix well.
3. Pour water into the multicooker bowl.
4. Install the program "STEAMER" for 40 minutes.
5. Lubricate the pan of a multicooker for steaming with vegetable oil.
6. Form not very thick patties (approx. 2 fingers thick).
7. Put the cutlets on a tray.
8. Place the tray with cutlets on the multicooker bowl.
9. Close the lid. Cook until the end of the program. Without opening or flipping.
10. Serve with fresh vegetables and herbs.
