COOKING METHOD
1. Knead the dough: pour flour and salt into the HP bucket, and as soon as the HP starts kneading, add a little boiling water. Once the dough has cooled slightly, add eggs one at a time. At the end of kneading, wrap the dough in foil and let it rest.
