- Tilapia (fillet) - 80 gr
- Carrot - 60 gr
- Broccoli (frozen) - 60 gr
- Cauliflower (frozen) - 60 gr
- Water - 400 ml
- Salt
- Spice

Rinse the fish, rub with salt and spices. Defrost broccoli and cauliflower, put on a sieve, drain off water, divide into inflorescences. Cut the carrots into circles of 0.2-0.3 cm. Pour water into the multicooker bowl, install a steamer container, put carrots, fish, broccoli and cauliflower in it in order, sprinkle with salt and spices. Close the lid. Press the "Menu" button to select the "STEAM" program . Press the Set / Timer button, then press the Hour and Min buttons to set 40 minutes. Press the button "Start / Heat" . Cook until the end of the program.
Tip:
serve with slices of dor blue cheese.

Press the Menu button to select the STEAM program , then press the Cooking Time button to set the time to 35 minutes. Press the "Start" button , cook until the end of the program.
Tip: you can sprinkle the fish with lemon juice.
