Preparation:
1. Grease a multicooker pan and sprinkle with flour or breadcrumbs
2. In a bowl, beat eggs with sugar, add sour cream, flour, baking powder, mix everything. Divide the dough into 2 parts
3. Add cocoa powder to one part of the dough, stir
4. Add vanilla to the other part, mix. If the liquid vanilla extract is dark in color, it is better to add it to the dark dough, and not to add anything to the light dough
5. Put the first part of the dough in the mold, on it the other. With a silicone spatula, make several circular motions, then from top to bottom, so that the dough is mixed with beautiful stains (create a marble effect). Do not stir for too long, otherwise you will get a uniform brown color, 5-7 times is enough
6. Turn on Baking for 50 minutes
7. Turn the muffin from the pan onto a large plate, then turn it over again onto a serving plate. Allow to cool
8. Prepare the icing: mix cocoa, sour cream and sugar. Decorate the cupcake with icing
9. Can be left as is, or garnished with pastry sprinkles or cream
