Koenigsberg klops - recipe
Ingredients
- Minced pork - 300 gr
- Ground beef - 300 gr
- Onion - 2 pcs
- Anchovy (fillet) - 3 pcs
- Capers - 50 gr
- Egg - 1 pcs
- White bread - 2 piece
- Milk - 2 tbs
- Butter - 50 gr
- Bouillon - 200 ml
- Parsley bundle
- Cream - 120 ml
- Lemon zest - 1 pcs
- Bay leaf - 1 pcs
- Paprika - 10 gr
- Ground nutmeg - 1 pinch
- Allspice (peas) - 3 pcs

Preparation:
1. Prepare the multicooker and ingredients.
2. Soak white bread in milk and mash. Cut the onion into small cubes. Put butter in the multicooker bowl, set the mode "Frying" . Melt butter, add onion and cook, stirring occasionally, until transparent - about 10-12 minutes.
3. Mash the anchovies with a fork. Combine minced meat, anchovies, soaked bread, onions, finely chopped parsley in a bowl. Salt, add paprika and nutmeg, mix. With damp hands, shape the meatballs about the size of a ping-pong ball and place them on a plate. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
4. Pour broth into a multicooker bowl, add bay leaf, lemon zest, allspice and capers. Pour in the cream, bring the broth to a boil. Gently place the meatballs in the boiling broth, cover with a lid, and set Warm Up for 30 minutes. Serve steamed potatoes with klops.
