- Mutton - 1 kg
- Dry white wine - 750 ml
- Onion - 10 pcs
- Sweet pepper - 6 pcs
- Tomatoes - 6 pcs

Lamb buglama with onions Directions

Cut the meat into small pieces, put it in a multicooker, add water. Set the mode to "Low heat" , bring to a boil. Then drain the water, put the meat in a colander, wash and dry the pan.
Set the mode "browning" . Pour the oil, heat it well, fry the onion seedling until golden brown, add sweet peppers, peeled from the stalks and seeds, and fry a little more. Cut the peeled tomatoes into 4 pieces and add to the saucepan. Place the meat in a saucepan, pour over the wine and bring to a boil. Season with salt, pepper, add suneli hops and finely chopped herbs.
Close the pan with a lid and set the mode "high pressure" , set the time to 10 minutes. And leave to cook.
Serve with boiled potatoes.
