Ingredients

  • Egg - 2 pcs
  • Onion - 1 pcs
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Sweet pepper (red) - 2 pcs
  • Red chili pepper (pod) - 1 pcs
  • Canned tomatoes (without skin) - 200 gr
  • Parsley bundle
  • Mint sprig
  • Zira (Kumin) - 5 gr
  • Turmeric - 5 gr
  • Olive oil - 40 ml
  • Salt

Shakshuka Directions

Preparation:
1. Prepare the multicooker and ingredients.
2. Cut bell peppers and chili into halves, remove seeds. Cut the pulp into cubes. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
3. Pour olive oil into the multicooker bowl, turn on the "Fry" mode . Put turmeric and cumin, warm up. Add onion and pepper. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add canned tomatoes and finely chopped parsley and cook for another 10 minutes.
4. Carefully, taking care not to damage the yolks, break the eggs and pour them into the prepared vegetables. Season with salt and cook for another 5 minutes. Sprinkle with mint leaves before serving.
