You can take the finished frozen product or prepare the potatoes yourself: wash, peel, cut into large cubes with a special grater, blanch or place in the freezer for 2 hours. Then remove the potatoes from the freezer and, without defrosting, put them in the deep-fat basket. Fry in hot vegetable oil on Deep Fry until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy. Place the finished French fries on a paper towel to drain off excess fat.
