Ingredients

  • Zucchini - 2 pcs
  • Flour - 2 tbs
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tbs
  • Spinach (frozen) - 200 gr
  • Green onion - 1 bundle
  • Sweet pepper - 1 pcs
  • Tomatoes - 1 pcs
  • Chees Feta - 50 gr
  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tbs
  • Salt

Greek zucchini Directions

Preparation:
1. Prepare the multicooker and ingredients.
2. Defrost the spinach and squeeze well. Wash and dry onions, peppers and tomatoes. Cut vegetables into small pieces. Heat vegetable oil in a slow cooker on Frying mode, fry the peppers and onions in it. Add spinach, tomato and sugar, salt to taste.
3. Wash the courgettes and cut into circles. Dip in flour and add to vegetables, mix.
4. Close the lid and cook on Fry mode for 15 minutes. Decorate with feta. The dish can be served hot or cold.
