Ingredients

  • Carrot - 300 gr
  • Apples - 300 gr
  • Sweet pepper - 300 gr
  • Tomatoes - 500 gr
  • Vegetable oil - 0.3 glass
  • Sugar - 0.3 glass
  • Salt - 0.25 glass
  • Garlic - 70 gr
  • Vinegar 9% - 0.3 glass
  • Chilli - 30 gr

Wash carrots, apples, peppers and tomatoes, peel, mince and put in a multicooker bowl. On the program "Stew" bring the mixture to a boil and cook for 1 hour from the moment of boiling. Turn off, add salt, sugar. Cool down. When cool, add oil, vinegar, chopped chili and garlic.
Tip:
Adjika can be rolled up by spreading it cold on the jars, which must first be sterilized.
