Ingredients

  • Mutton - 350 gr
  • Rice (parboiled) - 250 gr
  • Vegetable oil - 5 tbs
  • Carrot - 200 gr
  • Bulb onions - 2 pcs
  • Raisins - 50 gr
  • Garlic - 2 pcs
  • Water - 300 ml
  • Condiments - 50 gr
  • Zira (Kumin) - 1 tbs
  • Chickpea - 100 gr
  • Salt
  • Pepper

1. Pre-soak the chickpeas overnight. Pour the raisins and rice in a separate container with hot water and set aside until toasted.
2. Cut the carrots into cubes, the onions into half rings, the lamb into pieces.
3. Pour vegetable oil into a slow cooker, add onions, carrots and meat, set the mode "FRY" for 10 minutes.
4. Drain the raisins and rice.
5. Add the remaining ingredients to the multicooker bowl, add water. Set the mode "PLOV" for 20 minutes.
