1. Pour kefir into a bowl.
2. Close the lid and turn on the mode "Multipovar" , set the temperature to 70 ° С for 5 hours. Do not stir during cooking.
3. Pour the contents of the bowl into a gauze bag and hang the bag over the sink.
4. After 3-4 hours, remove the finished cottage cheese from the bag.
