Ingredients
- Olive oil - 30 gr
- Bulgarian red pepper - 1 pcs
- Bulgarian green pepper - 1 pcs
- Zucchini - 700 gr
- Tomatoes - 3 pcs
- Carrot - 3 pcs
- Eggplant - 1 pcs
- Onion - 1 pcs
- Spice - 1 pinch
- Salt - 20 gr

- Fresh herbs - 1 bundle
- Garlic (cloves) - 4 pcs

1. Cut pepper, tomatoes, eggplant and zucchini into cubes.
2. Chop the onion finely, cut the carrots into slices.
3. Chop the greens finely, squeeze the garlic through a press.
4. Pour olive oil into the bottom of a saucepan, place prepared vegetables, salt and add spices.
5. Cook with the lid closed, EXTENDED , cooking time - 30 minutes, pressure - 3.
6. Add finely chopped greens and chopped garlic to the hot vegetable stew and stir.
7. Serve as a side dish.
If a lot of steam is generated when the pressure is released, close the valve and wait for the food to cool slightly. The pressure will drop automatically.
