Ingredients

  • Sweet pepper - 10 pcs

  • Vinegar 9% - 200 ml
  • Salt - 1 tbs
  • Sugar - 1 tbs

1. Peel the bell peppers and cut into large pieces.
2. Peel the tomatoes and cut into large pieces.
3. Peel and cut the eggplants into large pieces.
4. Cut the onion into rings.
5. Put the ingredients in a multicooker bowl in layers: tomatoes, bell peppers, eggplants, onions. Pour in oil, vinegar, add salt, sugar and pepper.
6. Start the program "EXTINGUISHING" . Cook for 35 minutes.
7. Roll up in jars while hot.
