Using the Baking program , fry the onion, grated carrots and sliced meat through a coarse grater, 15 minutes. Then add vegetables: coarsely chopped potatoes, tomatoes, salt, add flour, tomato paste, add parsley and mix everything. Add 1/2 cup water and cook for 1.5 hours on the Stew program.

Cut the meat, finely onions, carrots into small pieces, and fry the ingredients on Baking / Frying for 10 minutes. Stop the program at the end of the specified time. Then add vegetables: coarsely chopped potatoes, tomatoes, salt, add flour, tomato paste, add finely chopped parsley and mix everything. Top up with 1/2 cup water. Close the lid of the multicooker, make sure the pressure control valve is in the closed position, set the Meat program.
