Ingredients

  • Rice (parboiled) - 2.5 beaker
  • Water - 4 beaker
  • Mutton - 400 gr

Chop the lamb, fry in vegetable oil along with onions and carrots in a slow cooker in the "Fast cooking" program . Rinse the rice well and pour it into the multicooker bowl, salt and pepper, you can season with a mixture of 5 types of peppers, put a few cloves of garlic, pour 5 multi-glasses with water. Install the Broth program and cook pilaf for 1.5 hours, periodically checking the water level. The pilaf turns out to be crumbly and very tasty.
