  • White cabbage - 0.25 head
  • Potatoes - 3 pcs
  • Zucchini - 1 pcs
  • Onion - 1 pcs
  • Raisins - 50 gr
  • Thyme - 3 sprig
  • Lemon zest - 1 tsp
  • Parsley - 1 bundle
  • Dry white wine - 0.5 glass
  • Vegetable oil - 5 tbs
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation:
To Prepare the multicooker and ingredients. Rinse the raisins and soak in warm boiled water for 15 minutes. Wash the chicken fillet and cut into 3 cm wide pieces. Cut the zucchini into cubes. Cut the cabbage into large squares. Peel and dice the potatoes and onions. Wash the parsley, dry and chop finely. Peel and chop the garlic.
Place the fillet in a bowl, add the thyme, lemon zest, chopped garlic, salt, pepper and 3 tbsp. L. vegetable oil. Stir and let it brew for 20 minutes.
Turn on the "Multipovar" mode , set the temperature to 160 ° С and the time for 50 minutes, heat 2 tbsp. L. butter and fry the chicken, 15 minutes. Add onion, potatoes and chicken marinade, cook for another 10 minutes. Add cabbage and zucchini, cook for 5 minutes. Pour in wine and raisins, cook for 20 minutes. Add parsley at the very end. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
