• If you are using fresh broccoli, sort it into florets.
• Pour the required amount of water into the inner bowl of the multicooker - in our case, the inner bowl needs to be 1/3 full.
• Place the steaming bowl in the inner bowl of the multicooker.
• Place broccoli blossoms in a steaming bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste.
• Wipe the outside of the inner bowl with a dry cloth.
• Place the bowl in the multicooker.
• Close the lid until it clicks, a click indicates that the lid is fully closed. Do not open the lid or cover the steam valve with a towel or other objects while the appliance is in operation, as this may deform the lid or cause the appliance to malfunction.
• Connect the multicooker to the mains - this should be done only after the appliance is fully prepared for use.
• Press the MENU button , select the STEAM function , the display will show STEAM COOKING .
• Press the COOKING TIME button, then use the HOURS / MINUTES button to set the cooking time to 20 minutes.
• Press and hold the START button for 3 seconds, the multicooker will automatically switch to STEAMING mode. Before the water boils, the display will show the current time; the cooking time will start when the water has boiled.
• At the end of the program, 4 beeps will sound, and STEAMING will disappear from the display. The appliance enters the heating mode, the display will show the heating duration. To turn off the heating mode, press the OFF button. / HEATING ".
• If at the moment the heating mode is not needed or the multicooker is not in use, disconnect it from the mains.
• Prepare the sauce: put chopped onion, honey in a separate container, add lemon juice and olive oil, stir.
• Open the lid of the multicooker and use the supplied oven mitts to carefully remove the inner bowl from the multicooker. Place broccoli on a plate and top with sauce.
Tips
• If the food is steamed for less than 30 minutes, it is recommended to fill the inner bowl of the multicooker with 1/3 full of water. If more than 30 minutes - half.
• Optionally, you can skip the finely chopped onion in the sauce.
