Stuffed cucumbers - recipe

Ingredients

  • Minced meat - 250 gr
  • Cucumbers - 300 gr
  • Shrimp - 150 gr
  • Sweet corn - 40 gr
  • Soy sauce - 2 tbs
  • Garlic - 2 clove
  • Salt
  • Water - 2 beaker

COOKING METHOD
1. Add finely chopped garlic, pepper, salt, corn, soy sauce, shrimp to the minced meat and mix thoroughly.
2. Peel the cucumbers and cut into 2 cm slices.
3. Cut the central part of the cucumber not completely and stuff it with minced meat.
4. Pour 2 measured glasses of water into a bowl and place a steam plate, put cucumbers on it.
5. Using the buttons “MENU / SELECT” select the program “STEAMER” to set the time - 40 minutes and the 2nd temperature level.
6. Press the button “START” .
