  • Fish fillet - 400 gr
  • Milk - 125 ml
  • Onion - 70 gr
  • Butter - 2 tbs
  • Boiled egg - 1 pcs
  • Flour - 3 tbs
  • Parsley - 2 tbs
  • Salt
  • Pepper

COOKING METHOD
1. Fight off the fish, salt and pepper. Finely chop the onion.
2. Stir flour thoroughly in milk.
3. Finely chop the egg and mix with thick milk sauce, herbs and onions.
4. Put the minced meat on the prepared fish fillet and roll it up.
5. Pour 2 measuring cups of water into a bowl and place a steam plate, put rolls on it.
6. Using the buttons “MENU / SELECT” select the program “STEAMER” and set the time - 40 minutes and the 2nd temperature level.
7. Press the button “START” .
