COOKING METHOD: Cut the fish into slices. Chop the onion. Open the lid and turn the knob to the “CLOSED” position (fry with the lid open). Using the "MENU / SELECT" and "ENTER" buttons, select the FRYING program, set the time 5 minutes and the 3rd temperature level. Press the START button. Pour oil into a bowl, fry the onion. Add eggs, cream, a spoonful of butter and a spoonful of sour cream to boiled potatoes, make mashed potatoes. Grease a bowl with butter, put crackers. Put half of the mashed potatoes, fish and onions, the second part of the mashed potatoes, brush with sour cream. Using the "MENU / SELECT" and "ENTER" buttons, select the "BAKE" program. Press the START button. Serve the finished dish with sauce.
