• Fill a third of the multicooker's inner bowl with water and place the steaming bowl in it.
• Chop the trout. Salt. Add spices.
• Place prepared fish in a steaming bowl.
• Press the MENU button and select the STEAM function .
• Press the COOK TIME button and then use the HOURS / MINUTES button to set the cooking time to 20 minutes. Click START .
• Pour lemon juice on cooked trout and serve.
Tips
If the dish is steamed for less than 30 minutes, it is recommended to fill the inner bowl of the multicooker with 1/3 full of water. If more than 30 minutes - half.

• Fill a third of the multicooker's inner bowl with water and place the steaming bowl in it.
• Wash fish and pat dry with paper towel. Then rub the trout with salt and pepper and place the prepared fish in a steaming bowl.
• Press the MENU button and select the BREW / STEAM mode.
• Press the COOK TIME button and then use the + and - buttons to set the cooking time to 5 minutes.
• Press the START button. Close the cover.
• Pour lemon juice on cooked trout and serve.
Tips
• You can add some white wine and fennel seeds to the water. Then the taste will become more interesting.
• You can cook whole trout - small fish will easily fit into a steaming bowl. In this case, rub the inside and outside of the trout with salt and pepper, pour with lemon juice, fill its belly with dill (right with the stems) and lemon wedges. Next, cook according to the recipe.
• The fish is best served with a mix of lettuce and lemon.
• Do not pour lemon juice on the fillet at the beginning of cooking, it will become harder and less tender.
