Chili con carne - recipe
Ingredients
- Beef - 600 gr
- Tomatoes - 600 gr
- Red beans (dried) - 3 beaker
- Onion - 1 pcs
- Garlic (cloves) - 3 pcs
- Bulgarian red pepper - 1 pcs
- Hot chilli pepper - 0.5 pcs
- Flour - 1 tbs
- Tomato puree - 3 tbs
- Olive oil - 3 tbs
- Salt
- Pepper

Preparation:
1. Beans, pre-soaked for 6-8 hours, pour fresh water and cook in the "Bean" mode for 20 minutes. Then drain the water.
2. Finely chop the onion, garlic and hot red pepper.
3. Cut the tomatoes and red peppers into slices, chop the beef into slices about 1 cm in diameter.
4. Turn on the mode "Meat" , heat 2 tbsp in a bowl. L. olive oil and fry the meat with the lid open for 6-7 minutes, transfer the meat to a bowl.
5. Fry the onions and garlic in the Meat mode for 3-4 minutes without closing the lid.
6. Add meat, beans and flour.
7. Pour in 1 1/2 ml water, add tomatoes, peppers and tomato puree.
8. Season with salt and pepper, stir and simmer in Cake mode for 45 minutes.

4. Turn on the mode "Small volume" , heat 2 tbsp in a bowl. L. olive oil and fry the meat with the lid open for 6-7 minutes, transfer the meat to a bowl.
5. Fry the onion and garlic in the same mode for 3-4 minutes, without closing the lid.
6. Add meat, beans and flour.
7. Pour in 1 1/2 ml water, add tomatoes, peppers and tomato puree.
8. Season with salt and pepper, stir and simmer on Bake for 45 minutes.
