Fried - recipe
Ingredients
- Beef - 0.5 kg
- Potatoes - 1 kg
- Lard-lard - 100 gr
- Bulb onions - 2 pcs
- Carrot - 1 pcs
- Fresh mushrooms - 100 gr
- Sour cream - 100 gr
- Tomato paste - 20 gr
- Wheat flour - 1 tsp
- Parsley - 3 sprig
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbs
- Bouillon - 250 ml
- Salt
- Pepper

1. Cut the beef into small pieces, carrots and onions into small cubes, potatoes into slices.
2. Set the mode "FRYING" for 15 minutes, melt lard in a bowl and fry the beef on it, set aside the meat.
3. Fry finely chopped mushrooms in the resulting fat.
4. Put all the ingredients in a multicooker bowl and pour the broth. Add sour cream, ground black pepper and salt. Set the mode "STEWING / MEAT AND BEANS" for 20 minutes.
5. Sprinkle with herbs when serving.
