Preparation:
1. Cook the spaghetti (see Recipe Pasta), keep warm.
2. Wash the fish fillets, dry with a paper towel, cut into small cubes and salt. Cut the garlic clove in half.
3. Pour oil into a bowl, add garlic and turn on the "Fish / Fry" mode for 15 minutes.
4. Heat the garlic in oil (4-5 minutes), remove and discard. Put salmon fillet in oil and fry slightly, stirring occasionally.
5. When the juice from the fish has evaporated by half, add wine and continue frying until the liquid has completely evaporated.
6. Pour in the cream, stir and turn on the Sauce setting for 5 minutes. Cook while stirring.
7. Wait until the sauce stops boiling, add pepper and finely chopped parsley or dill (to taste).
8. Put the sauce on the ready-made spaghetti, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese on top if desired.
Note:
The Salmone sauce also goes well with different types of Italian ribbon pasta (fettuccine, tagliatelle, linguine).
