- Lemon juice - 60 ml

Rinse the fish, remove scales, rub with salt and spices, sprinkle with lemon juice. Place the fish in the center of a 40x40 cm double-layer foil sheet, wrap the edges towards the center and press firmly, put in a multicooker bowl. Close the lid, set the BAKING program with the Program selection button. Press the Start button, cook until the end of the program.
Tip: when serving, garnish the dish with lemon wedges and cherry tomatoes.
