Ingredients

  • Zucchini - 2 pcs
  • Eggplant - 1 pcs
  • Tomatoes - 3 pcs
  • Bulgarian red pepper - 2 pcs
  • Carrot - 2 pcs
  • Onion - 1 pcs
  • Garlic (cloves) - 2 pcs
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tbs
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbs
  • Parsley
  • Coriander - 0.5 tsp
  • Salt

Squash caviar Directions

Preparation:
1. Peel the zucchini and cut into cubes, cut the eggplants into the same cubes without removing the peel.
2. Cut the bell peppers in half, remove the seeds and cut into slices.
3. Finely chop onions, carrots, garlic and herbs.
4. Cut the tomatoes into cubes.
5. Put the courgettes, eggplants, onions, peppers, carrots, garlic and tomatoes in a bowl. Season with salt, sprinkle with coriander, herbs, add vegetable oil and mix.
6. Close the lid and turn on the Preserving program for 1 hour. Stir occasionally during cooking.
7. Put prepared caviar on a dish, sprinkle with lemon juice before serving ..
Tip:
Ready caviar, if desired, can be chopped in a blender to a smooth consistency and served as a paste for sandwiches.
