Preparation:
1. Cut the pumpkin into 1 cm slices. Finely chop the garlic.
2. Pour oil into a bowl, add garlic and turn on the “Multi-cook” program , set the temperature to 120 ° C for 25 minutes.
3. Fry the garlic lightly. Add pumpkin and fry everything together, stirring so that the pumpkin does not burn.
4. Mix the soy sauce, vinegar and sugar in a separate bowl. Pour the prepared sauce into the bowl 5 minutes before the end of cooking. Stir and cook without closing the lid.
Tip:
If the pumpkin is very ripe and soft, reduce the cooking time.
