1. Cut the onion into 1 cm thick rings, peel the asparagus, cut into 2 cm pieces.
2. Use only shiitake mushroom caps for cooking, cut them. Cut the enmental cheese into 1cm cubes.
3. Break the eggs into a deep bowl, add the cheese, salt and pepper and mix thoroughly.
4. Select the program "FRY" from the menu, set the time to 40 minutes.
5. Preheat the multicooker for 5 minutes with the lid open.
6. Place the butter in the bottom of the cooking container to melt. Add the leeks and sauté for 3 minutes.
7. Add asparagus and mushrooms and salt a little, simmer for 7 minutes.
8. Add the beaten egg and cheese and mix thoroughly.
9. Close the lid, pressure - 1.
10. Cooking time covered - 20 minutes.
After cooking, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
