- Carrot - 2 pcs
- Garlic (cloves) - 3 pcs
- Soy sauce (light) - 2 tbs
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbs

Preparation:
1. Wash the garlic arrows and cut into slices 4-5 cm long. Peel the carrots and cut into thin slices.
2. Pour 800 ml of water into the bowl, put the garlic arrows in the steaming tray and place the tray in the bowl. Close the lid and run the Steamer program for 20 minutes.
3. At the end of cooking, remove the tray and set aside, pour out the water from the bowl.
4. Pour vegetable oil into a bowl and turn on the "Fry" program for 20 minutes. Fry the carrots, stirring occasionally, until light golden brown, then add the garlic arrows and chopped garlic and fry together for 3-4 minutes. Add soy sauce and heat, stirring occasionally, until the end of the program.
Tip:
This dish can be served on its own with crispy white bread or as a side dish for meat dishes.
