Salmon with lemon sauce - recipe
Ingredients
- Salmon (fillet) - 300 gr
- Dry white wine - 250 ml
- Onion - 1 pcs
- Lemon - 1 pcs
- Black pepper (peas) - 3 pcs
- Olive oil - 0.5 tsp
- Milk - 1 tbs
- Mayonnaise - 1 tbs
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp
- Dill
- Parsley tbs

Salmon with lemon sauce Directions

Preparation:
1. Squeeze lemon juice. Leave 1 tsp. for the sauce.
2. Chop the onion into rings, chop the dill.
3. Pour 2 multi-glasses of water into a bowl, add onions, black pepper, wine and lemon juice.
4. Close the lid and start the Extinguishing program for 30 minutes.
5. Put the salmon in the bowl 15 minutes before the end of the program.
6. Prepare the sauce. In a small bowl, combine olive oil with a teaspoon of lemon juice.
7. Add mayonnaise and whisk.
8. While whisking, add milk.
9. Put the fish on a plate, sprinkle with dill, pour over the sauce.
Tip:
When serving, garnish with a sprig of parsley and a slice of lemon.
