Ingredients

  • Veal - 750 gr
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tbs
  • Onion - 2 pcs
  • Garlic (cloves) - 3 pcs
  • Flour - 2 tbs
  • Apples (sour) - 1 pcs
  • Lemon zest - 0.5 pcs
  • Curry - 1 tsp
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Veal stew Directions

Preparation:
1. Cut the veal into 2x2 cm cubes.
2. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Peel and core the apple and cut into slices.
3. Pour oil into a bowl, put onion and garlic and turn on the "Fry" program for 25 minutes.
4. Fry the onion and garlic, stirring occasionally, until soft. Then add curry and stir.
5. Place veal in a bowl and continue frying until the end of the program, at the end add apple slices.
6. Then add flour, salt and red pepper, mix. Pour 2 multi-glasses of water, close the lid and start the Stew program for 50 minutes.
Tip:
Serve with boiled or fried potatoes and vegetable salad.
