Ingredients
- Sea fish (fillet) - 600 gr
- Flour - 50 gr
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbs
- For the marinade:
- Carrot - 2 pcs
- Parsley (root) - 1 pcs
- Celery (root) - 1 pcs
- Onion - 2 pcs
- Tomato puree - 0.5 glass
- Tomato paste - 2 tbs
- Sugar - 1 tbs
- Wine vinegar - 2 tbs
- Bay leaf - 1 pcs
- Carnation - 2 pcs
- Salt
- Pepper

Preparation:
1. Cut the fish fillet into portions, season with salt, pepper, roll in flour.
2. Cut the onion into half rings, grate the carrots on a coarse grater or cut into strips, cut the roots into strips.
3. Pour vegetable oil into a bowl and turn on the "Fry" program for 30 minutes. Fry the fish until golden brown, put on a dish.
4. Fry the onions, carrots and roots in the same oil. At the end of frying add tomato puree, tomato paste, spices and salt and stir.
5. Close the lid and turn on the program "Extinguish" , select the mode "Pressure" , set the time to 20 minutes.
6. Put the prepared marinade on the fish and refrigerate.
