Ingredients
- Sultanka - 800 gr
- Red onion - 1 pcs
- Potatoes - 125 gr
- Carrot - 100 gr
- Leek - 100 gr
- Celery (stem) - 100 gr

- Anise - 1 pcs
- Basil - 1 bundle

Using the Sautéing Vegetables setting, sauté chopped vegetables in olive oil.
Add anise and basil leaves. Pour halfway of water. Season with salt and pepper. Cover with a lid. Cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
Open the lid and place the fish. Season with salt and pepper. Cover with a lid. Cook on low pressure for 2 minutes.
Serve with olive oil mixed with basil. Small langoustines can be used instead of red mullet.
